Description
On one of Anguilla's greatest beaches sits one of its greatest homes: BeachCourt Villa at Shoal Bay East, a 10,000 square foot luxury villa with swimming pool and tennis court on sloped land that goes directly to the western end of Shoal Bay. It is one of the very few houses on all of Shoal Bay whose property brings you right to the sand.
Built on a hill, the house sits about 40 feet above the water, maximizing views and breezes. Yet—as you sit on its spacious decks—you are a short walk from the magnificence of Shoal Bay, its blues and greens, great for walking or snorkeling (enter the sea right in front of the house for some of the finest snorkeling you will ever experience).
Go through the lush gardens, past the tennis court, to the water; turn right, and over 1˝ miles of beach lay before you. Swimming, snorkeling, and leisurely walks are all right outside the gate that insures your privacy (and keeps out the goats).
Back at the house, indulge in "casual elegance": the center of the house is a "great room", comprised of a professional kitchen (great if you love to cook or perfect for a private chef who will cater to your every culinary need and desire); large dining table; and living room with HDTV (cable and satellite) and home theater. The great room is wrapped on 2 sides by a large covered deck, which over looks the lush gardens and 50 X 15 foot fresh water swimming pool. Coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening with breath-taking views and calm breezes in your face....enjoy.
BCV has 8 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own full bath. Perfect for family get-togethers, corporate get-aways, or good friends. Rates are a function of bedrooms rented, whether just 1 or all 8; however, we rent only to one party at a time; it is a private villa, not a hotel. If you rent BCV, you have exclusive use of it.
The omnicourt tennis court is built only feet from the sand of Shoal Bay and offers an unmatched situation. Whether you desire a casual hit with your fellow-travelers or a professional work-out (which we can provide) you will never experience a more beautifully situated court.

BCV is on Shoal Bay, 1.5 miles of snow-white sand next to the multi-hued sea. Many people never leave the house or beach, but those who do get to experience Anguilla, a 35 square mile island with many beautiful beaches and the world's most gracious and fabulous people. You could stay a month and never visit the same beach twice, or you can stay on any one of the more than 30 spectacular ones. Dine in with our private chef or out at a wide range of restaurants.
