Description
A lovely family holiday house with a private swimming pool, 'Villa Maslinica', is located on a higher part of the settlement, far away from the noise of crowded tourist destinations, making it ideal for leisure and rest.
The villa is fully equipped and has been renovated recently (2014). It is suitable for families with children and groups of up to 7 people.
All rooms are double and located on the first floor, which is air conditioned. Common bathrooms with shower cabins are located on the ground floor and on the first floor.
The living room with cable TV and Wi-Fi is located on the ground floor. Children and grown-ups will be thrilled by the space near the pool, where they can play table tennis and electric darts, all while listening to the music from the Hi-Fi system.
The guests can also enjoy the garden, the large terrace and the open swimming pool (regular water, not heated).
To enjoy food in the shade of the terrace, you can use the fenced barbecue and external mini kitchen with a fridge.

This Villa with a private swimming pool is located in an idyllic place called Maslinica, on a small Croatian island of Šolta, in the vicinity of historical cities of Split and Trogir.

It is particularly pleasant to have a morning coffee in one of the small bars by the sea or at the beach itself.

Far away from any industry, here you can really breathe the fresh air and feel the scents of Mediterranean pines, plants and sea.
Maslinica is the last settlement on the west side of the island of Šolta so there is no heavy road traffic here. Most guests arrive here with their yachts, and those who decide to come by car can come by ferry from Split to Rogač, a place only 7 km away from Maslinica.

Maslinica is located in the Croatian south, on the Dalmatian island of Šolta.
Croatia has excellent traffic connections to Europe and the rest of the world, especially in the summer, when many tourists come to spend their summer holiday in the Adriatic.
The main destination is Split, and Šolta is located about 10 miles away from Split.
From Split you can transfer your car to Šolta with a ferry, the departures are frequent and the ferry travels for about one hour.
Passengers without a car can take the fast catamaran line.
The city of Split is connected to the rest of the world with railways and roads. There are many boat lines along the Adriatic coast, and several of them connect Croatia and Italy with a ferry on daily basis.
Split is also connected with Italy, Slovenia, Austria and other countries with a modern highway.
Split International Airport is located about 20 km from the ferry port.
