When entering this remarkable villa the modern architecture harmonious floats together with the 400-year-old Olive tree left in peace outside the glass construction. You instantly feel at ease while exploring the rest of this beautiful house. Straight ahead the open plan living area presents itself, where you find a fully equipped kitchen with dining area fitting six and a separate dining area fitting eight people. From the kitchen area, there is direct access to the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room and recreational area is one level down, with beautiful natural light coming in from the full-size windows facing the garden and pool area, creating a smooth transition between indoor and out life.

    Outside you have a spacious garden with palm trees, a large heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. The barbecue area is ideal for entertaining and dining under the stars, while the partly covered terrace and lounge seating offer a cosy feel. With total privacy and views towards the mountains, it is genuinely a peaceful haven of paradise.

    The four bedrooms are positioned well apart for total privacy. You will find the impressive master bedroom on the second floor with its mesmerizing view overlooking the valley and the La Concha Mountain. All four bedrooms are spacious with king-size beds and great en-suite bathrooms.

    The house is built with quality materials and has unique features such as external and internal lighting with the latest energy-saving LED technology.

    All walls with Italian stucco– Six coats of finishes applied to achieve a stunning unique finish. Guest bathrooms in Porcelanosa tiles and sanitary ware. Exclusive hand weaved carpet inlays in all bedrooms for comfort.

    Insulated security glass in ALL windows and Venetian blinds in all rooms for light control and privacy. The premise is gated and provided with an alarm system.

    A private closed parking is provided and connected to the inner part of the plot.

    IMPORTANT:
    The pool can be heated at an additional €300 per week.
    Please inform us well in advance if you would like the pool to be heated at your arrival because it takes a few days for a pool this size to heat up.

    Location description

    Nueva Andalucia
    Nueva Andalucia is a residential area ideally situated within walking distance of the famous Puerto Banus and within a 10 minute drive of both Marbella and San Pedro de Alcantara on the Costa del Sol in Andalusia.

    The area is ideal for those who wish to be based close to the beaches, nightlife and amenities of the area, and it is also an excellent base to explore the whole of the Costa del Sol.

    About town
    Nueva Andalucia is more a residential area, than a town, but it has all the facilities and amenities of a town, without the major hustle and bustle, traffic and noise.

    The area centres around the bullring and spreads out, heading down towards the port and up to a golf valley, eventually climbing up towards the backdrop of the Sierra de Ronda mountain range.

    Shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, hairdressers, gymnasiums, casinos, gift shops; you name it, Nueva Andalucia has it. As well as the wonderful Saturday morning market that starts in the Centro Plaza and sprawls down into Puerto Banus itself.

    Places to visit
    The only thing Nueva Andalucia doesn’t have is a particularly long history, ancient buildings or too much culture. But don’t worry just 10 minutes away you have the wonderful historic town of Marbella, or the charming cobbled streets of San Pedro.

    You are also well located to head up to idyllic mountain town of Benahavis or take a trip up to Ronda and the historic and charming town of Estepona is around 20 minutes drive from Nueva Andalucia.

    Beaches
    Nueva Andalucia covers a fairly large area, so depending on where you are staying, will mean you can walk to the beach, into Puerto Banus and the surrounding beaches, or you will need to catch a bus or hop in the car for the 10 minutes or so that it will take you to get there. If you are staying on a golf urbanisation in Nueva Andalucia we recommend that you hire a car to get around.

    Golf
    Well what can we say? Nueva Andalucia is the place many head to for a golf trip on the Costa del Sol There are several excellent courses including Las Brisas, La Quinta, La Dama de Noche, Aloha and Los Naranjos. All offer excellent facilities, challenging courses and stunning scenery.

    Eating Out
    Nueva Andalucia is renowned for its wonderful selection of high quality bars and restaurants. In the Centro Plaza you have a good choice of restaurants, cafes and American Deli. Just along the road you can head to the casino and more restaurants. Amongst which is the original site of the famous Costa del Sol chain of Terra Sana, which serves delicious, fresh and healthy cuisine, they also serve great breakfast! Nueva Andalucia is also home to one of the best Indian restaurants on the Costa del Sol, The Taj Mahal, it’s like eating in your front room, but the food is delicious and service friendly.

    Climate
    Nueva Andalucia, as with all of the Costa del Sol and Malaga region, enjoys a sub-tropical Mediterranean climate, with hot summers and warm winters. Cooling breezes from the sea make the summer heat manageable, temperatures are an average of 32 ºC in summer.

    Other activities

    Aqualand
    With five water slides, a mini-golf course, a climbing wall and a jacuzzi, there is something for the whole family at this water park. Aqualand has been noted to be one of the best waterparks in Spain, so don't miss it on your Costa del Sol holidays.

    Crocodile Park, Torremolinos
    Kids will love Crocodile Park, which is home to over 200 crocodiles. This is a great opportunity for any reptile lovers in the family to see up close and personal some amazing species and even have the chance to handle some of the smaller ones!

    Jardin de las Aguilas, Benalmadena
    Visit the "Garden of Eagles", hop on the cable car and enjoy the 160 different species of birds of prey which are on display here. There is also a fascinating golden eagle performance.

    Butterfly Park, Benalmadena
    When you enter this Thai-themed butterfly park, you are instantly transported into the hot, humid jungles of South-East Asia. Offering tropical plants, waterfalls, exotic animals and 1,500 beautiful butterflies.

    Sea Life Aquarium, Benalmadena
    The Sea Life Aquarium at Benalmadena is an unforgettable experience for the whole family, stimulating and fascinating for adults and children alike. Here, you can see almost every type of sea creature imaginable from tropical fish to sharks and you can even hold a crab or starfish!

    Sea Kayaking, Maro, Nerja, Malaga
    If you are looking for inspiration on your Nerja holidays, sea kayaking from Burriana beach to Maro is an exceptional journey offering waterfalls, hidden beaches, crystal clear waters and some of the most pristine coastline around. Perfect for the whole family.

    Selwo Marina Delfinarium, Benalmadena
    Selwo Marina Delfinarium is the only marine park in Andalusia. It´s a small park divided into five different themed sections and here you can meet sea lions and of course, dolphins.

    El Torcal Nature Reserve, Malaga
    Children´s imaginations will run wild at this prehistoric, fossilised, rock nature park. Bring a picnic and enjoy a day spotting rocks and exploring trails. Because this park is more inland, it will be devoid of tourists.

    Underground Caves, Nerja, Malaga
    The Nerja caves are one of the Costa del Sol´s most visited attractions and are a true natural wonder. Home to the world´s largest stalagmite and some awe-inspiring inner chambers. A visit should be high on any family´s to-do list.

    River Walk, Rio Chillar, Nerja, Malaga
    River pools, waterfalls and nature galore, walking up the Chillar River is one of the Costa del Sol´s classic family activities. The higher you go, the more exciting the walk and more spectacular the countryside.
