A rural hideaway, removed from mass tourism, offering privacy without isolation. Perfect for independent holiday makers and groups of friends and family to experience 'true' Greece. One hour distance from Kalamata airport and three hours from Athens airport or Patras ferry port (Hire car recommended).
The main house sleeps up to 14 persons and an additional, self-contained annexe apartment (accessible via the main house or rear garden) can accommodate 1 to 4 persons. An ideal combination, offering flexibility for singles and couples requiring less accommodation and additional sleeping areas for larger groups of family and friends. Note: Maximum occupancy for villa and apartment is 18 per.sons

Location description
Mistraki is a small hilltop hamlet and classified by the Greek Ministry of Culture as a traditional area of historical interest. A quiet and unspoilt location with cobblestone paths, citrus trees and a small church. Technological developments have made little impact; agriculture is of crucial importance, especially the cultivation of olives for the production of olive oil. There are no shops, bars or other tourist distractions in Mystraki, only chatter of crickets and the occasional bray of a local donkey.
Messinia has endless sandy beaches, fertile valleys and imposing mountains for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. An area rich in history, culture and ancient myth. You can enjoy many activities: swimming, sunbathing, fishing, snorkeling, sailing, turtle watching, olive picking, wild flowers, horse riding and bird watching.
