Description
This is a nice, fully renovated, three bedroom house located in Kavarna town center. The property occupied two levels. A fully fitted modern kitchen with all appliances /fridge-freezer, oven, hot plats, washing machine, dishwasher and pottery/ is on the first floor.
There is a large living room with sofa-bed, coffee table, TV and satellite with many English programs available on the second level. Next room is a dinning area with table and chairs.
The house is offering three bedrooms: the Master bedroom is with double bed, night tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second bedroom is also with double bed. The children room is occupied from two-storey single bed and a small wardrobe. All rooms are with nice vertical blinds and have air-conditioners.
The house is serviced from one bathroom – with a bath, sink and toilet and one wet room – with toilet, sink and a shower.
Outside there is a lovely garden with a patio area and a covered garage.
