Description
This large delightful villa is situated in a magnificent position overlooking the sea, in a quiet residential area, yet only a few minutes walk to the nearest lovely sandy beach of Cala Serena. The house is built around a beautiful picturesque terraced courtyard with built-in-BBQ, ideal for eating outside whilst enjoying the stunning views over the sea.
Downstairs there is a very large lounge/dining area with satellite TV, and patio doors that lead on to a terrace. The fully fitted kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher and picture windows overlooking the sea. There is one double bedroom with en-suite, 2 twin-bedded rooms with a modern shower room in between.
The outside staircase leads to a large nicely furnished lounge/dining area with doors onto a terrace with marvellous views over the sea, ideal for sunbathing or evening drinks, one twin bedded room with doors leading to a terrace with fantastic views, a separate modern bathroom also with shower cubicle, and one further twin bedded room. When renting both floors the villa can accommodate up to 10 people.
It takes approx 20-30 minutes to walk to Cala D`or, and 10 minutes to walk to the nearest restaurants, bars and shops
Villa Sol Naixent is suitable for wheel chair users with easy access to pool area and bedrooms shower room, kitchen +dining / lounge area.
