Description
The villa Casa Verde provides an extremely spacious and comfortable environment ideally suited to families or groups of friends who want to be near enough to all facilities yet be able to relax in style. The villa with swimming pool, gardens and Wi-Fi, enjoys panoramic views across the valley to the sea and marina. With a private entrance and driveway, the gardens are well stocked with lawn, shrubs, plants, palm trees and flowers. The villa is large and allows each guest space and comfort to relax and enjoy a glass of wine on one of the terraces, by the pool, or around the barbecue. For the more energetic why not enjoy a game of table tennis. Situated in a prime location, within a quiet residential area between the well known Sao Rafael beach and the colourful marina of Albufeira, with shops, cafes and restaurants, the villa makes a perfect setting for a relaxing holiday near the sea.
Albufeira: The town centre of Albufeira, 4km east of the villa or 5 minutes drive away, has become one of the most popular resorts in the Algarve. The picturesque old town with cobbled streets and shopping centre nestles comfortably alongside the iconic Fishermens beach. Centred around the square, the town comes alive at night offering an abundance of restaurants, bars, clubs and live shows providing entertainment until the early hours.
Beaches: The beautiful golden sandy beaches of Arrifes and Sao Rafael are within 10-15 mins walking distance, or by car a few minutes.There are a variety of wonderful beaches along this stretch of coastline, an area of immense natural beauty. All the beaches have bar restaurants serving good food during the holiday season and a meal or cold drink watching the sun go down is not to be missed.
First Floor: Master double bedroom with doors to private terrace. Fitted oak wardrobes. Separate bathroom. Spacious living/dining room with fireplace and doors to large partially shaded terrace with steps down to the pool. Fully fitted kitchen with side atrium.
Middle Floor: Two twin bedrooms with doors to large shaded terrace. Fully fitted oak wardrobes. Separate bathroom.
Lower Floor: Twin Bedroom with fully fitted oak wardrobes. Separate shower room. Kitchenette with fridge. Large relaxation area with settees and doors to pool terrace.
Outside: 10x5m pool. Pool depth (1 x 2.5m) making a versatile area for all ages, poolside shower. The pool is cleaned regularly to keep it in tip top condition. Pergola and barbeque, perfect for al-fresco dining. Steps down to lower garden.

Location description
Distances: Restaurants, bars and a small supermarket within walking distance. Supermarket 750m. Restaurant 750m. Bar 500m. Marina 1km. Albufeira town centre 4km. Algarve shopping centre 5km. Golf 5.8km.
Restaurants and supermarket within easy walking distance. The marina also has a good choice of bars/restaurants.
Other activities
Fishing trips, boat rides, watersports, parasailing, jet ski hire, cave tours and all day barbecue excursions are all available to book from the marina at Albufeira.
Directions
Travel / Car Hire: Although we would recommend car hire to fully appreciate your holiday in the Algarve many of our guests prefer not to. We can arrange airport transfer to the villa, a journey of about 45 minutes. We use a very friendly local hire firm for the airport transfers and guests usually use them for trips or the short taxi ride to Albufeira.
