Emerald Classic Villas complex composed of eight independent stone villas divided to:
Four large villas of 105 sq m each one (for 4-6 persons)
Four small villas of 80 sq m each one (for 2-4 persons).
Each villa has an exterior private fenced space of 185 sq m and set on an area of 1000 sq m. The distances between the villas ensure the privacy of their quests. Luxurious daily services (maid service, pool cleaning, reception) are also provided in the most discreet way
Classic Small Villa:
A two floor villa sleeping 4 persons. The ground floor consists of an open plan dining/living area and a fully equipped kitchen with: : electric cooker/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron/ironing board, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a full range of cooking equipment and utensils.
The lounge area has tastefully decorated with wood and cane furniture and it also has a fireplace. There is satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and movies/books collection.
There is also a separate WC which has a wash-hand basin and toilet.
A wooden staircase leads you to the two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The bathroom has a bath with Jacuzzi and shower, hairdryer, wash-hand basin and toilet.
The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, Tv, telephone and safe deposit box.
The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe.
Emerald Classic Small villas are 80 sqm each one. They all have their private fenced land, private shaded parking area, private full tiled pool (4x7, 1.50 deep), sun loungers and umbrellas, covered terrace with table and chairs for 4 people, outdoor shower, outdoor lounge area and built Bbq.
All villas have magnificent views to the Ionian Sea, Kefalonia Island and Agios Nikolas Port.

Location description
Emerald Classic Villas located in Agios Nikolaos, in the north-eastern side of Zakynthos island, 30 km from Zakynthos town and only 300 m away from the sea.
Agios Nikolaos is a small fising village, still untouched by tourism, with traditional architecture and peaceful atmosphere.
At the port of Agios Nikolaos, which is always full of fishing and excursion boats, you can get a boat trip to visit the famous Blue Caves and the Shipwreck. You can also take the ferry to the nearby island of Kefalonia that departs daily from the port.
The beach of Agios Nikolaos with the deep blue and crystal clear waters, is perfect for swimming and relax. There are many tavernas around where you can taste fresh fish, local dishes and traditional Greek cuisine.
Apart from Agios Nikolaos beach, the famous Makris Gialos beach and Xiggia springs are also close to Emerald Classic Villas.
