The Nest is a delightful little character cottage located in the picturesque village of Castleton in the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors. The cottage is exactly what the name suggests and may be quite small, but perfectly formed, and is an ideal retreat for couples looking to get away from it all.

Ideal touring base. This red brick bungalow with its relaxing conservatory is situated adjacent to the owner's home, in the small village of Foggathorpe, The bungalow provides a convenient holiday base to visit York (18 miles), where you can step inside the gothic splendour of the Minster.

Our cottages are just 2 miles from historic Beverley and 1 mile from our village and 3 pubs. Five 2 bedroom cottages all set on our farm with lovely views across the fields these barn conversions are all rated 5 star gold. Some of our cottages have ground floor accessible accommodation

Sleeping 1-4 people it has its own good sized patio for entertaining and there is ample on street parking. Taldomas is the perfect place to come and unwind. Downstairs has a very spacious open plan living room with a sofa, chairs, tv with freeview, cd player, dvd player and reading area.
