Located in the centre of Tuscany the villa is very close to the main roads therefore in a good position to visit the whole region. 35 km from Florence, 25 km from Sienna, 15 km from S. Gimignano. The place is very quiet and the villa is in a completely secluded spot. It is surrounded by vineyards.

Our farm is in the beautiful hill country of Lucca, 7 km west from the complete extant town walls and 18 km from Viareggio, the famous bath resort on the Tyrrhenian Sea: a perfect starting point for day trips to Pisa, Florence, the marble quarries of Carrara, the Ligurian Coast and the Apuan Alps.

Barberino del Mugello exit of the A1 Motorway, linking it to the main art and historic cities in Tuscany: Florence (25/30Km), Lucca, Siena, Arezzo & Pisa. A 1.20 metre deep, 4x7 metre wide swimming pool is available. Guests may taste and buy the produce of the area:extra virgin olive oil & saffron.
