Our farm is in the beautiful hill country of Lucca, 7 km west from the complete extant town walls and 18 km from Viareggio, the famous bath resort on the Tyrrhenian Sea: a perfect starting point for day trips to Pisa, Florence, the marble quarries of Carrara, the Ligurian Coast and the Apuan Alps.

Located in the centre of Tuscany the villa is very close to the main roads therefore in a good position to visit the whole region. 35 km from Florence, 25 km from Sienna, 15 km from S. Gimignano. The place is very quiet and the villa is in a completely secluded spot. It is surrounded by vineyards.

The Spazzavento Mansion is located on the renowned hills of the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by woods, olive groves and vineyards, a few minutes' drive from Florence. Plentiful opportunities for walking. A zesty yet homey atmosphere create an ambience for those who seek exclusive relaxation.
