Located in the centre of Tuscany the villa is very close to the main roads therefore in a good position to visit the whole region. 35 km from Florence, 25 km from Sienna, 15 km from S. Gimignano. The place is very quiet and the villa is in a completely secluded spot. It is surrounded by vineyards.

The villa is ideal for family relax, but also for day trips to Florence, Pisa, Sienna, Lucca. The private garden with barbecue is ideal for alfresco dining. Children and adults love the fantastic pool. All kind of shops within 5 kms, restaurant at walking distance. Views over the green valley!

The antique spaces have been reinvigorated, made more comfortable and personalized whilst using traditional local materials, rough stone, terra cotta, wrought iron, wood. There are six complete and elegant, well-appointed apartments, complete with stylish fitted bathrooms and kitchens.
