The apartment is in a posh location being close to the beach and within walking distance of all amenities. It is furnished to a high standard and has the added advantage of a nice terrace where you can have breakfast.

The house grows, as it were, out of a hillside right above the sea. The view goes over the Summer Isles and the mountains on the other side of a large sea loch, uninterupted by any other habitation. The location gives the feeling of complete solitude. It warrants total privacy.

The apartment is situated in a magnificent gated complex at Al Alandalus about 1 mile from VERA and GARRUCHA. It has a comfortable lounge, fully fitted kitchen, and a large decked patio, ideal for meals out in the Sun. Just bring yourselves, a bottle of wine some books and a sunhat !!

Griante Cadenabbia is a small village positioned at Central Lake Como in front of Bellagio. You can get to it by car following A9 Motorway Milano Chiasso and following to 'Lago di Como' exit. The elegant apartment is situated in a very quiet residencial area, just 5 minutes from lakeshores.
