VILLA MARIA is a small, family run guest house, full of charm and character that has over the past twenty years become the meeting place for many of our guests who return year after year. At Villa Maria we take pride in providing our guests with a warm welcome.

The Villa is in an idyllic location, the most cleanest air you can get anywhere being walking distance to untouched nature (lake, mountains, river) at a 2000m altitude. It is furnished to a high standard and has the added advantage of a great outdoor space with an amazing barbecue area.

Our house is located in Rasnov village, in-between the famous Prahova Valley and Brasov City at 122 miles from Bucharest and 6 miles from the legendary Dracula’s Castle. Located on a picturesque plateau, our house has breathtaking views over the Rasnov fortress, the forest and Piatra Craiului.

Tthe house is representative of traditional Galician architecture located at the foot of a Celtic river valley in the interior of the Ria de Muros-Noia, the Camino de Santiago to Finisterre. The Apartments are in the Centre of the Village of Koutouloufaril - 800 mtrs.from the beach & the center of Hersonisos. Well equipped; with pool, internet, sat tv, air con, excellent Restaurant, Golf course in 4 km. Activities incl. scuba diving, sailing, mountain biking, parachuting and much more.

Apartments Moreta are located in the town Biograd na Moru, on the Adriatic Sea. It is surrounded by lush greenery and offers apartments with a spacious balcony and free Wi-Fi. Very close to the beach (3min walking distance). City centre is half a mile away.
