The views from the villa are really amazing taking in the west coast of the island down to the nearby beach of Armenopetra and across the Aegean to the island of Evvia. The views also extend to the closer island of Skiathos and behind it the Greek mainland taking in a number of mountain ranges.

It consists of two floors, the second level of which has a double bedroom, a bathroom and a pergola shaded veranda with sea view, complete with a seating area. The ground floor consists of a living room area, a WC and a kitchen. Outdoor dining area under a pergola or shade-giving tree.
