It consists of two floors, the second level of which has a double bedroom, a bathroom and a pergola shaded veranda with sea view, complete with a seating area. The ground floor consists of a living room area, a WC and a kitchen. Outdoor dining area under a pergola or shade-giving tree.

The complex is ideally situated on a small hillside, only 300 m. away from the beach and the nearest amenities, in a pure and unspoilt area, offering panoramic views over the Ionian Sea, and tranquillity and peace to every quest. Emerald Classic Villas have been decorated with elegance and style.
