Our beautiful 19th century house with its former Cognac distillery is set in a small hamlet with a fishing lake and 11th century church. Nearby the rolling countryside is surrounded by vineyards, sunflower fields and quiet roads making it ideal for walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers.

The cottage is one of 5 renovated gites (formerly a farm) on the edge of the village of Meyrals. It is a short stroll to restaurants, bar, boulangerie, and post office. The cottages are very well located for access to the main tourist sites of the area, being between the Vezere and Dordogne valley

Les Pins du Phare holiday villa is situated only 400m from the beach in a quiet suburb of the lively seaside resort of La Tranche sur Mer in the Vendée, France.
