Fair Oak Farm offers excellent holiday accommodation in Sussex with beautiful interiors and wonderful countryside setting. Nestled in the estates 12 acres, Stable Cottage sleeps 2-4 and Grain store & Gypsy Caravan sleeps 2-5. They can be let seperately, or in conjunction with our other property.

A beautiful newly refurbished cottage set in the heart of a working dairy farm. Stunning views and luxury interiors. Sleeps up to 8 guests with Wheelchair/disabled access. The Dairyman's Cottage boasts spectacular views across the West of the Island towards Tennyson Monument and Freshwater Bay.

Our 17th century farmhouse is our home and also offers two self-catering holiday cottages each with their own private garden and terrace area and access to our large enclosed garden and fenced pool. We are close to the village of Aubeterre and it's river beach and also to the beautiful Lake Jemaye.
