The villa is considered by many of our clients as an oasis. Situated at Los Marines, a tiny hamlet 3km from Lake Vinuela near Periana and only a 40 minute drive from Malaga airport is our villa which has charm and originality, standing on a hill surrounded by mountains and olive groves.

The apartment is mid-way between Moraira and Calpe at La Fustera. It is furnished and fully equipped to a high standard and has full air conditioning. There is a large lagoon pool. The safe, sandy beach of La Fustera is 900 mtrs. away and it is within walking distance of amenities.

The villa is situated around 20km from Elche and 30km from Alicante in the wine producing region of the Vinalopó Valley, which is in the Sierra de Crevillente Mountain Region - which is a peaceful and tranquil location surrounded by spectacular mountain views.
