Sleeps 4. (2 bedrooms: twin and double). Comfy Cottage in beautiful, tranquil valley setting, close to beach and coastal path in one direction, village shops, restaurants and pubs a short walk inland. Well behaved pets welcome. It is furnished and equipped to a high and well maintained standard.

Located on the outskirts of Noss Mayo, South Devon, Dormouse is a lovely 2 bedroom barn conversion located in the Grade 11 listed barn complex at Rowden Court, a stones throw from the South West Coast Path, the fabulous Ship Inn and the waterside villages of Newton Ferrers and Noss Mayo.

You are 5 mins walk from the harbour and many local beaches/activities around Mounts Bay. Newlyn art school school is a short easy stroll away, making Seabreeze cottage an ideal base whilst attending an art course. We have a wealth of knowledge of the area that we are happy to impart to you.

Three cottages in a peaceful wooded valley winding down to the beach. Each cottage sleeps 5 and has its own private garden or terrace. Relax to the soothing sounds of the valley stream filtering through the trees, underscored by bird song during the day and the distant hooting of owls at night.
