The cottage is situated on the edge of a beautiful north devon village a short work to the local pub. It is newly refurbished to a very high standard with everything you need for a relaxed holiday.Outside there is a large garden part of which is fenced off for a secure playing area for young kids.

It consists of two floors. The second level has a double bedroom, a shower room and spacious verandas with seating areas. The ground floor has a bedroom with a double and single bed and a bathroom. The ground floor is also equipped with a kitchen-living space which opens onto a pergola shaded area.
