On the unspoiled North coast of Zakynthos you will find the traditional mountain village of Agios Nikolaos located in the area known as Volimes. The captivating charm of this area is what inspired us to builld our traditional villas all of them with private pools and spectacular sea views.

It comprises two floors with a spectacular view. The second level has two bedrooms, a double and a single with pull-out bed, and a bathroom. The ground floor has a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom, a kitchen-living room area and a WC. The kitchen leads through to a pergola covered patio.

La Casita is located near the end of the Beacon Hill peninsula on the Dutch side of St. Maarten. The villa is directly on the oceanfront and faces due west for perfect sunsets over the expansive ocean. This elegently furnished property has 3 en-suite bedrooms, a very private 32' pool and sun deck.

Villa 'TOPAZ' and Villa 'Pearl' are two of the six traditional and elegantly decorated houses of 'OIA SUNSET VILLAS'. They offer a private heated hydro massage spa, breathtaking views, access to two shared pools and many more hotel facilities!
