It consists of two floors. The second level provides a kitchen-living area which opens onto a large, pergola shaded veranda with a view of the sea, complete with seating area. The ground floor consists of two bedrooms, a double and a twin, along with a bathroom.
Country house Our Istria is a beautifully renovated old stone house , for sole use of the renters. It offers accomodation for 4-5 persons and it is perfectly positioned in the heart of Istria peninsula, only 30 min drive to the Adriatic coast and its beautiful beaches, as well as, for daily trips

La Guillemandiere Gites are located in a peaceful hamlet 10km from the town of Sainte Hermine. There are three gites, all with views across open countryside, and sharing the large gardens and swimming pool.
The Gites are available all year round and pets are welcome.
