The Old Cart House at Newhill Farm is in a peaceful rural location, near to the village of Auchtermuchty. It is a cosy cottage, with open log fire, private hot tub & inclusive leisure facilities. The renovated cottage is close to the chateaux village of Jumilhac Le Grand and within easy drive of the town of St Yrieix with all it's amenities. It is furnished to a high standard and has the added advantage of a private heated swimming pool. The grounds are totally secure and ideal for dogs.

The house provides the ideal getaway for families and groups relaxing and exploring northern Tuscany. We have two en suite double bedrooms with the floor below containing kitchen and dining/sitting room. The garden and plunge pool are for the private use of our guests and are not shared.

The apartment is within 200m of the ski slopes in Le Monetier-les-Bains, Serre Chevalier, France and is an easy walking distance from the village centre, with its good selection of shops and restaurants. There is a swimming pool, sauna and steam room and beautiful mountain views from the terrace.

The loft has two floors and it can accommodate up to four people. They would be able to have a comfortable sleep on a daybed, which has nothing to envy from the main bed located on the upper floor. Each floor has its own bathroom, where you can take a shower or a relaxed bath at any time.
