This modern settlement streches along the sea line and is separated from the town by pine woods, making it an ideal family vacation site.

Our property is situated in the Mubarak Seven area of Hurghada which is approximately 15Km from Hurghada Town Centre, 10 minutes in a micro bus or taxi and 15 minutes from the airport. We are a 2 minute walk from the white sandy beaches and warm blue seas of the Egyptian Riveara.

Located in the historic town of Alcobaca the apartment is an ideal base from which to explore all the Silver Coast has to offer. Long stretches of golden sand and deep blue sea, breathtaking landscapes, historic towns, traditional villages, stunning beaches, excellent food and welcoming people.

The apartment is within walking distance of all amenities - Nerja town centre about 15 minutes walk, the main beach, Burriana, about 10 minutes walk. The apartment has sea and mountain views, and has its own roof terrace for sun all day. The complex has two swimming pools and well kept gardens.

T1 90m2, excellent terrace with private solarium and barbecue, view to the marina and the gardens/pool, 1 bedroom with twin beds and the couch converts to a Bed with another Drawer Bed underneath. Beach only at 150 mt, pool just outside the front door and bedroom window of the apartment.
