The apartment is located at the ground floor with its green garden and a wonderful sea-view. It has a big open-space dining / living / kitchen area fully furnished with all accessories, ceiling-fan and a double queen sofa bed, a patio, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double queen bed.

MUMPY'S COTTAGE is a small terraced cottage in a select development of Grade II listed converted farm buildings set in 1.5 acres of landscaped gardens on the headland between Noss Mayo and the spectacular South Devon coastline. Within the grounds there is a tennis court, games room and barbecue area
