Our house is located in Rasnov village, in-between the famous Prahova Valley and Brasov City at 122 miles from Bucharest and 6 miles from the legendary Dracula’s Castle. Located on a picturesque plateau, our house has breathtaking views over the Rasnov fortress, the forest and Piatra Craiului.

Chalet Berrier is a new chalet built on three floors in the traditional style giving it a classic mountain look and feel. It will sleep upwards of 12 in 6 bedrooms and has central heating, with under floor heating on the ground and middle floors. On the ground floor a garage is used as a ski room.

Creatively designed, and decorated to resemble an old classic school house, but modern, comfortable, and cosy with a touch of class. Wood flooring, ceramic tile, custom woodwork, Pottery Barn style decor, a mix of antique, and custom furniture, are just some of the homes finer touches.

The Farm House Cottage. This brand new in 2006, 4 bedroom, 2 bath re-creation of an authentic farm house is located on 'all sports', not 'all crowded' Upper Herring Lake with, 140' of private water frontage. The Farm House Cottage sits on 2.5 acres on a quite, peaceful country road.

Based in the heart of the stunning Pyrenees mountain range, our lovingly restored old post house is the perfect base for doing as much or as little as you like. We run a fully catered lodge offering a full range of mountain activities in both summer and winter right from our doorstep.
