Over a wonderfull 18 holes golf course overlooking the lake from Sirmione to Riva del Garda, in the middle of a beautiful country at 5 minutes from the lake but out from the crowd and the traffic, spreads in the Alto Garda Park for 130.000 sq mts, with a wonderfull wildlife (Squirrels, roebucks,etc)

Spectacular mountain views. Ski slopes 5mins walk away. Huge nature reserve with walks and treks from the back door! High specs include two English cable TVs, WiFi, a private sauna and steam room, a covered garage and reserved parking for a second car. 5 mins walk from trains, buses 2 mins.

All of the facilities are private, large ground, stream running through the whole length of the property, sauna, hot tub/jacuzzi, rustic tavern specialist ski gym, BBQ places, 4 bathrooms 6 bedroom, Airport transfers and trips incl.
