Conveniently situated near local amenities in Lochearnhead. The village post office is at the foot of the drive and the village store is within 100 yards

The nearest village is Auchterarder a 15 minute walk. In town you will find supermarkets, banks post office, great tea rooms, cafes and hotels. This town is perhaps best known for the renowned Gleneagles hotel and its equally famous golf course. City of Perth 10 miles away. Ochil hills behind site.
