Villa Adriatica is a 500 square meter villa located in the Adriatic Coast in Pescara, Italy and is surrounded by dramatic scenery, privacy, wonderful beauty, fresh air with close proximity to vast stretches of beaches, great Italian shopping, nightlife and conveniently close to the Pescara airport.

The Agriturismo sleeps up to 16 people, in five spacious, well aired rooms, with en-suite bathrooms and TV. There is also a double room on the ground floor for those who cannot manage stairs. The restaurant seats up to 45 people. We have recently added a covered terrace to the rear of the property,
