The Haute Vienne (87) is the least industrialized region of France and it is famous for vast expanses of Chestnut and Oak forests, pleasant villages and large lakes. There is a wide range of outdoor activities including walking cycling, swimming and a diverse variety of wildlife in the area also.

The renovated old Barn is close to the chateaux village of Jumilhac Le Grand and within easy drive of the town of St Yrieix with all it's amenities. It is furnished to a high standard and has the added advantage of a private heated swimming pool. The grounds are totally secure and ideal for dogs.
