The Haute Vienne (87) is the least industrialized region of France and it is famous for vast expanses of Chestnut and Oak forests, pleasant villages and large lakes. There is a wide range of outdoor activities including walking cycling, swimming and a diverse variety of wildlife in the area also.

Lovely rural location yet close to towns and amenities. Our superbly converted barn is set in the south west French region of Poitou-Charente and within its southern most department 'Charente'. World famous for its Cognac and less well known for its Charentaise slippers!
