Our family run Bed and Breakfast is situated in a quiet location, in the heart of Ambleside. The villages restaurants,cafes and pubs are a minutes walk away. Our rooms are clean, modern and stylish. We serve a full English or vegetarian breakfast, together with choice of fruit juices and yoghurts.

The cottage is in an idyllic location on the edge of Windermere Marina Village. The Tarn Cottage is a short walk to Bowness and you have complimentary use of a local leisure club throughout your stay. The Tarn Cottage enjoys spectacular views across our private marina and private parking.

Our luxurious riverside accommodation is furnished to a very high standard and has stunning views down the River Kent and to Kendal Castle beyond.

Fellside Lodge is a two bedroom holiday lodge situated in Limefitt Park near Windermere. It can accommodate 4 people. The lodge boasts a superior fell-side, elevated pitch that is not overlooked and offers both privacy and uninterrupted views of the beautiful Troutbeck Valley

Sandbed Cottage nestles at the foot of the slopes of Harter Fell, part of the spectacular Howgills, with stunning limestone pavements on the other side of the dale just a short walk away.

The property is situated directly on the promenade where no traffic is allowed except for pedestrians and cyclists. From here you can enjoy up to 15 miles of the beautiful Wirral coastline. Within Easy reach of Liverpool and Chester. The decked garden area also has superb river views.

The Nook is a fully renovated cottage which forms part of Ivythwaite Lodge guest house. The Cranny is a new build single storey apartment in the same location. Situated halfway between Windermere and Bowness with private parking and beautiful established gardens.
