Our gites are situated in the heart of the picturesque village of St Nicolas des Eaux A pretty 'protected' village tucked along the banks of the river 'Le Blavet'. This ground floor apartment is beautifully furnished, decorated with great attention and offers excellent self catering facilities.

The cottage is in an idyllic location, situated between Pontivy medieval town and Baud, in the centre of a picturesque Breton village which is overlooking the river and the hill close to Pontivy, The gite with garden is furnished to a high standard for a comfortable accommodation.

Our house is within easy walking distance of several beaches and the little port with its restaurants and bars. It is on the first floor with a large south facing sunny terrace on the same level and a private garden downstairs.
