Fair Oak Farm offers excellent holiday accommodation in Sussex with beautiful interiors and wonderful countryside setting. Nestled in the estates 12 acres, Stable Cottage sleeps 2-4 and Grain store & Gypsy Caravan sleeps 2-5. They can be let seperately, or in conjunction with our other property.

Our beautiful 19th century house with its former Cognac distillery is set in a small hamlet with a fishing lake and 11th century church. Nearby the rolling countryside is surrounded by vineyards, sunflower fields and quiet roads making it ideal for walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers.

Casa Redonda is situated on the beautiful Quinta da Saudade, an old hillside farm estate set amid orange, almond and olive trees. It is close to a stunning unspoilt beach and has two swimming pools, a tennis court and riding stables. It is ideal for families but also perfect for a quiet getaway.

Casita Gorrion is simply restful and comfortable. Set amid olive groves with views to the mountains and unspoilt valleys. It has a large private terrace with sofa,an original open wood fire for cosy winter evenings. Well equipped kitchen, large bathroom with walk in shower. Tremendous swimming pool.

Penty Parc is a stunning Listed holiday house retaining many original features. Decorated in a chic contemporary style it comfortably sleeps 17. Set in 8 acres it enjoys an idyllic setting with views of the Preseli hills whilst its central location enables easy access to explore coast and country.
