VILLA MARIA is a small, family run guest house, full of charm and character that has over the past twenty years become the meeting place for many of our guests who return year after year. At Villa Maria we take pride in providing our guests with a warm welcome.

Set within 8 acres of private grounds part of a small holding farm used for grazing of freshly calved cattle. Surrounded by fields and completely separate from the farmyard. It has a south facing, private, fenced garden. Perfect for large families or groups of friends wanting to stay away together.

The apartment is just a 15 minute walk from the centre of Cochem along the Moselle promenade in a quiet area of Cochem and just a minute from the river. All amenities are within easy walking distance, including a nearby bakers and supermarket. The castle can be reached in just 40 minutes on foot.

For your professional or tourist stay in our region, we are happy to receive you in a summer house of 1902 situated on Saintes' right bank of the river Charente. You can stay here one week, a weekend or simply for one night … Situated halfway between Cognac and the Sea, come and discover the peace.

The country house Maharač in Kamno has three large apartments (90, 110 and 90 m2 m2) for max 18 persons. The house has several terraces and a large (1000m2), childfriendly garden with privacy and a great BBQ. Maharac is a perfect startingpoint for relaxation and all possible outdoorsports!
