It has a pretty front garden plus a garage and off road parking for 2 further cars. The centre with good shops, restaurants and pubs is a 5 minute walk away.

It is situated within the boundary of the Mercantour Ntl Park and located 70 miles north of Nice. Extremely well equipped and comfortable. Close to all amenities.
