Holiday Lettings in Klosters, Switzerland | Chalets (1 result)
Klosters is a traditional Swiss village that the Royals visit year after year. Davos is the glitzy city in the next valley that the rich and powerful visit annually for the World Economic Forum. But you don't have to be royal or rich to enjoy both. They link their ski areas to create over 280km of pistes, still one of the largest ski areas in Europe.
The difference is that they aren't just about skiing. In summer you can visit the highest brewery in Europe, stay in a hut on some of the highest glaciers, enjoy the biggest natural park in the Alps. There is a museum of famous local painters, churches, architecture. In other words, all the benefits of a traditional Swiss alpine region developed long before skiing, the fantastic skiing bit just came later!
