I Melograni del Chianti farm holiday residence is located in the Tuscan hills, in the small medieval town of Talciona, a perfect barycentre in between the biggest cities of art in Tuscany: Florence, Siena, Volterra and San Gimignano.
The cottages and the villa are in an idyllic location among vines and olive trees, only 15 kms from Florence city and in a natural area with wonderful hiking trails; the houses have fully equipped kitchens and have the added advantage of 2 pools (1 for the cottages and 1 for the private villa)
La Poggiarella is situated a few steps from Castelnuovo d'Elsa and it extend on 160 hectare in the Chianti area. It is an ancient farm-house divided in 5 spacious and comfortable apartment, side to side with an ancient and allowes an enchanting view over vineyards and olive-groves.
The farmhouse is located in a peaceful hills, close to the beach and within 1 hour drive from the main Tuscany historical towns: Pisa, Siena, Florence,Lucca, all within 1 hour drive. Beaches are 20 min drive from the farmhouse. Groceries are at 15 min walk.
