The hamlet Borgo Dolciano is based near the Etruscan town of Chiusi, in south Tuscany, near the Trasimeno Lake, Montepulciano, Chianciano. All around the complex there is a huge secular park with swimming pool, barbecue. The Borgo can accommodate 4 or 6 people each apartment.

The antique spaces have been reinvigorated, made more comfortable and personalized whilst using traditional local materials, rough stone, terra cotta, wrought iron, wood. There are six complete and elegant, well-appointed apartments, complete with stylish fitted bathrooms and kitchens.

Over a wonderfull 18 holes golf course overlooking the lake from Sirmione to Riva del Garda, in the middle of a beautiful country at 5 minutes from the lake but out from the crowd and the traffic, spreads in the Alto Garda Park for 130.000 sq mts, with a wonderfull wildlife (Squirrels, roebucks,etc)

This place is conveniently located just 10 km from the sea and for visiting the famous cities of art as Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa, Florence, you can travel the 'wine roads', a vibrant area of wine-production, and taste the world famous wines or enjoy to our pool! The residence is constituted by 14 apartments, recently built and accurately furnished, with a wide surrounding green area, and an ample parking. Each apartment has private garden; a veranda or a terrace; a double room; a living-room with sofa-bed, a kitchen; bathroom with shower.
