Barberino del Mugello exit of the A1 Motorway, linking it to the main art and historic cities in Tuscany: Florence (25/30Km), Lucca, Siena, Arezzo & Pisa. Located in the centre of Tuscany the villa is very close to the main roads therefore in a good position to visit the whole region. 35 km from Florence, 25 km from Sienna, 15 km from S. Gimignano. The place is very quiet and the villa is in a completely secluded spot. It is surrounded by vineyards.

CALVI dell'UMBRIA is only 45' drive north of Rome that can be easily reached taking the A 1 motorway or by train. The location is strategic for cultural visits to a wide range of nearby art/historical towns and sites. In Calvi and near the house there are 3 great and modern swimming pools.

The farmhouse is sited in an idyllic location, 25 km from the beach of Lignano and has the added advantage of a private swimming pool. All the apartments are surrounded by a nice garden. Self-catering or B&B. Pets allowed. Venice (80km)
