Located in the centre of Tuscany the villa is very close to the main roads therefore in a good position to visit the whole region. 35 km from Florence, 25 km from Sienna, 15 km from S. Gimignano. The place is very quiet and the villa is in a completely secluded spot. It is surrounded by vineyards.

The antique spaces have been reinvigorated, made more comfortable and personalized whilst using traditional local materials, rough stone, terra cotta, wrought iron, wood. There are six complete and elegant, well-appointed apartments, complete with stylish fitted bathrooms and kitchens.

The flat is located on the first floor of an independent house. It is completly furnished and equipped. Our apartment is 1 km from the largest equipped beach of the Orta lake. 1 km from Gozzano downtown with basic shops. Parking and a large garden free for our guests with gazebo relaxing area

This elegant and recently apartment with sea view is situated in the historical centre of Cefalu (Sicily) and is divided into three levels. It is a perfect apartment for couples and friends vacationing together. This apartment, about 750 square feet, has two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen.

The house provides the ideal getaway for families and groups relaxing and exploring northern Tuscany. We have two en suite double bedrooms with the floor below containing kitchen and dining/sitting room. The garden and plunge pool are for the private use of our guests and are not shared.
