Villa Paradiso is an historic complex (XV cent.) inside of which the careful recovery of the annexed courtyard has transformed the old rural courtyard into a splendid Relais composed of 15 large and beautiful apartments. Golf, pool and SPA are just a whisper away... the peace too.

The cottage is in idyllic location surrounded by nature. All beaches and touristic destinations are easily reachable by car or you can set out towards Riomaggiore or Portovenere following the marked hiking paths, one of which starts just from outside the house.

A 1.20 metre deep, 4x7 metre wide swimming pool is available. Guests may taste and buy the produce of the area:extra virgin olive oil & saffron.

The charming village of Rosciano, is set between both the Maiella and Gran sasso national parks a typical Italian village, with local tradition very much at its heart, which has a beautiful medieval tower and local bars, shops, restaurants, wine cantinas and an olive press.

A beautifully fitted and furnished large holiday house sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, with views of beautiful mountainous countryside. 30 minutes drive to the sea. All linen and towels are provided – you just need to bring your beach towels! The nearest village is Erula, 10 minutes drive up the road.

The property is a late 19th century rural house, well equipped and restored, keeping the features of the old farmhouse. It is surrounded with a wide garden and partially fenced farmland. It is ideal to relax and a perfect starting point to visit the stunning villages of Latium, Umbria and Tuscany
