The house is set in an idyllic country setting with private pool and gardens all with stupendous views of the mountains of Northern Tuscany. The House is well furnished with all you need for a wonderful holiday. It is a short walk to the nearest village, many restaurants and shops are also nearby.

*The Art Apartment* is a newly restored apartment, in an early 1960s building in the heart of the modern city, 3 minutes walk to the beach and the same distance from downtown.

The cottage is in idyllic location surrounded by nature. All beaches and touristic destinations are easily reachable by car or you can set out towards Riomaggiore or Portovenere following the marked hiking paths, one of which starts just from outside the house.
