The residence is constituted by 14 apartments, recently built and accurately furnished, with a wide surrounding green area, and an ample parking. Each apartment has private garden; a veranda or a terrace; a double room; a living-room with sofa-bed, a kitchen; bathroom with shower.

The flat is located on the first floor of an independent house. It is completly furnished and equipped. Our apartment is 1 km from the largest equipped beach of the Orta lake. 1 km from Gozzano downtown with basic shops. Parking and a large garden free for our guests with gazebo relaxing area

The farmhouse is located in a peaceful hills, close to the beach and within 1 hour drive from the main Tuscany historical towns: Pisa, Siena, Florence,Lucca, all within 1 hour drive. Beaches are 20 min drive from the farmhouse. Groceries are at 15 min walk.
