Welcome to Casa Rosa - 'the villa in the village' which offers wonderful self-catering holiday accommodation in Abruzzo, central Italy. A lovely completely detached, two bedroomed villa, it is nestled in the middle of Bugnara, a medieval village surrounded by Abruzzo countryside. WiFi and BBQ

The antique spaces have been reinvigorated, made more comfortable and personalized whilst using traditional local materials, rough stone, terra cotta, wrought iron, wood. There are six complete and elegant, well-appointed apartments, complete with stylish fitted bathrooms and kitchens.

The residence is constituted by 14 apartments, recently built and accurately furnished, with a wide surrounding green area, and an ample parking. Each apartment has private garden; a veranda or a terrace; a double room; a living-room with sofa-bed, a kitchen; bathroom with shower.

The flat is located on the first floor of an independent house. It is completly furnished and equipped. Our apartment is 1 km from the largest equipped beach of the Orta lake. 1 km from Gozzano downtown with basic shops. Parking and a large garden free for our guests with gazebo relaxing area

Welcome at our Seaside Farm. You can choose between apartments from 2 till 8 persons or cottages and villas in the park. Feel free to contact us for further informations. Located in the centre of Tuscany the villa is very close to the main roads therefore in a good position to visit the whole region. 35 km from Florence, 25 km from Sienna, 15 km from S. Gimignano. The place is very quiet and the villa is in a completely secluded spot. It is surrounded by vineyards.

The house provides the ideal getaway for families and groups relaxing and exploring northern Tuscany. We have two en suite double bedrooms with the floor below containing kitchen and dining/sitting room. The garden and plunge pool are for the private use of our guests and are not shared.
