The antique spaces have been reinvigorated, made more comfortable and personalized whilst using traditional local materials, rough stone, terra cotta, wrought iron, wood. There are six complete and elegant, well-appointed apartments, complete with stylish fitted bathrooms and kitchens.

The house provides the ideal getaway for families and groups relaxing and exploring northern Tuscany. We have two en suite double bedrooms with the floor below containing kitchen and dining/sitting room. The garden and plunge pool are for the private use of our guests and are not shared.

Our Agriturismo, only 25 minutes from Siena, 5 min. from the village, has a beautiful view on the 'Crete Senese'. Every apartment has a private terrace and is high furnished. The overview swimming pool is in the olive trees where you can enjoy the panorama on our winefields. An other Tuscany!

Gavillaccio is located in an extremely panoramic area bordering Chianti and is at the centre of an artistic triangle which includes the cities of Florence, Siena and Arezzo. Vacationing at Gavillaccio is ideal for those who are interested in complete relaxation and in touch with nature.

Located in the centre of Tuscany the villa is very close to the main roads therefore in a good position to visit the whole region. 35 km from Florence, 25 km from Sienna, 15 km from S. Gimignano. The place is very quiet and the villa is in a completely secluded spot. It is surrounded by vineyards.

The farmhouse is sited in an idyllic location, 25 km from the beach of Lignano and has the added advantage of a private swimming pool. All the apartments are surrounded by a nice garden. Self-catering or B&B. Pets allowed. Venice (80km)

Our farm is in the beautiful hill country of Lucca, 7 km west from the complete extant town walls and 18 km from Viareggio, the famous bath resort on the Tyrrhenian Sea: a perfect starting point for day trips to Pisa, Florence, the marble quarries of Carrara, the Ligurian Coast and the Apuan Alps.
