VILLA MARIA is a small, family run guest house, full of charm and character that has over the past twenty years become the meeting place for many of our guests who return year after year. At Villa Maria we take pride in providing our guests with a warm welcome.

The Apartments are in the Centre of the Village of Koutouloufaril - 800 mtrs.from the beach & the center of Hersonisos. Well equipped; with pool, internet, sat tv, air con, excellent Restaurant, Golf course in 4 km. Activities incl. scuba diving, sailing, mountain biking, parachuting and much more.

Two and 4 bedroom fully equipped villas. Sleeps 4/6 and 8/12. Set in the heart of Pefkos. Both with jacuzzi, wide verandas, private parking and shared pool. Daily maid service. Internet access. Supermarkets, restaurants, shops and cash dispensers within short walk. Beach 150m. Lindos 3km.

It consists of two floors. The second level has a double bedroom, a shower room and spacious verandas with seating areas. The ground floor has a bedroom with a double and single bed and a bathroom. The ground floor is also equipped with a kitchen-living space which opens onto a pergola shaded area.

Kassiopi and 5 minutes on foot to a very picture perfect fishing village with a beautiful harbour with bars and restaurants for all tastes. The Villa Veronika is a 2 minute walk from the sea and very good traditional Greek Taverna on the beach, very safe for swimming and sunning.
