VILLA MARIA is a small, family run guest house, full of charm and character that has over the past twenty years become the meeting place for many of our guests who return year after year. At Villa Maria we take pride in providing our guests with a warm welcome.

Roz Villa is nestled amongst holly oaks, olives trees, and its own picturesque terraced garden. Wonderfully situated in an elevated private position on a hill slope overlooking views of the village of Aghia Efimia, neighbouring mountains and valley out across the Ionian Sea.

The beautiful and traditional village Sivas, located in the South of Crete, is surrounded by true nature. Here, we built in 2005 the so- called "Sigelakis Studios" on the top of a small hill with fantastic view. They are very comfortable apartments furnished in the warm greek style of this region.

Welcome to this secluded semi-rural villa near Sami centrally located on the island accommodating large groups with five air-conditioned bedrooms, a large pool, veranda, mature garden and productive olive grove – perfect for friendship groups, wedding parties & multigenerational family holidays.

19th c. historic property in the beautiful & unspoilt island of Evia. Close to the beach & surrounded by verdant mountains, the villa consists of two traditional traditional mansions each one with its own character and charm within wonderful terraced gardens with swimming pool. Ideal for families.

At the traditional village Sivas (64 Km south of Iraklion) there are at your disposal five apartments (a family one for 4-5 persons and four smaller ones for 2-3 persons) in a restored stone residence. Inside the apartments, you are able to enjoy all the comforts needed for a pleasant resort.

The villas are just 3 minutes wald from the most beautiful beach of northern Crete and just maximum ten minutes walk from the farthest amenity. Car is not neccessary unless you wish to discover the beautiful places of our island.

Butterfly Meadow 1 bedroom apartment. Sleeps up to 4 people. Located in a privately owned detached hillside villa with private pool and open sea views. Can accommodate up to 10 people by booking our other villa apartments. English owners resident on 2nd floor of villa to help during your stay.
