The beautiful and traditional village Sivas, located in the South of Crete, is surrounded by true nature. Here, we built in 2005 the so- called "Sigelakis Studios" on the top of a small hill with fantastic view. They are very comfortable apartments furnished in the warm greek style of this region.

It is a family house in an olive grove and it is 300meters from the see. The house accommodates up to 5 people.One bedroom with a double bed and a single one. A living room with kitchen, one bed and a sofa. A toilet with shower. Near to beach, peace and tranquillity.

The Olive Tree House is placed in the old traditional village Liapades, in a walking distance from points of interest and with panoramic view to a green valley. It is furnished to a high standard and because it is not a touristic accommodation, it offers the genuine feeling or a real country home.

Alemar located in Barbati on the northeast coast surrounded by olive groves. Barbati resort is a small, quiet relaxing village, popular for its crystal clear blue sea and long pebble beach. The setting for this house takes your breath away, the sea views from the balcony and terrace are spectacular.

Aloni is an old farmhouse which has been used for more than two centuries as a dwelling of the farmers cultivating the fertile land of Phylakopi. Consistent with its long history it was renovated with eco-friendly materials preserving the original structure and shape of the building.

This amazing, excellently equipped villa, occupies a unique position on the top of a hill of outstanding natural beauty in the outskirts of Neoxorio village. Due to its location offers panoramic view of Messinian bay and the local olive groves as well to the Taygetos mountain.

At the traditional village Sivas (64 Km south of Iraklion) there are at your disposal five apartments (a family one for 4-5 persons and four smaller ones for 2-3 persons) in a restored stone residence. Inside the apartments, you are able to enjoy all the comforts needed for a pleasant resort.

Kassiopi and 5 minutes on foot to a very picture perfect fishing village with a beautiful harbour with bars and restaurants for all tastes. The Villa Veronika is a 2 minute walk from the sea and very good traditional Greek Taverna on the beach, very safe for swimming and sunning.
